Welcome to Goal Post, our monthly newsletter highlighting Together 2 Goal^® and the latest campaign news and updates.

As we welcome in the new year, we are pleased to offer new opportunities to advance your diabetes efforts in 2017, including:

Monthly webinars: Together 2 Goal^® is happy to release the 2017 schedule of monthly webinars, which will feature MACRA and diabetes, patient advocacy and involvement, innovative technology in diabetes management, patient-reported outcomes, and more! Thanks in advance to all of our featured speakers, and please be sure to check out the entire schedule, which can be viewed in the Campaign Spotlight section below and on the Webinars page of the campaign website.
On-site training: Our Principal Corporate Collaborator Johnson & Johnson Healthcare Systems is offering on-site, interactive C.O.R.E. (Changing Outcomes with Resources and Engagement) training program sessions for up to three Together 2 Goal^® participating organizations in 2017. This is a free campaign offering that is intended to help participants with achieving their goals of improving care for patients with diabetes. Discover why a fellow campaign participant said, “This is possibly the best training seminar I've ever attended in the 25 years I've been in diabetes education.” To apply, please complete the application form available here by Tuesday, January 31.
National Day of Action: Our 2017 National Day of Action will take place on Thursday, November 9. We hope you’ll join us. Our first annual Together 2 Goal^® National Day of Action was a major success, empowering millions across the nation to better manage diabetes. Our National Day of Action Wrap Report, featured in our Resource of the Month section below, highlights the event’s many participants and activities.

We hope your team will take advantage of many of these offerings as we collectively work to improve care for 1 million people with Type 2 diabetes by 2019.
