Frank Colangelo, M.D., M.S.-HQS, FACP

Dr. Colangelo practices as an internist and has served as Chief Quality Officer of Premier Medical Associates since 2008. He has led numerous successful population health and quality improvement efforts for the practice. He earned a Masters in Healthcare Quality and Safety from Thomas Jefferson University’s College of Population Health, and is currently an instructor for the college.

In addition to her quality roles, Dr. Koenig is a practicing primary care internist. She serves Mercy Clinic East Communities, which includes more than 800 physicians caring for patients in St. Louis. During her tenure, Mercy has been recognized for quality on the state and national levels.

Liana Spano-Brennan, D.O., FACC

Dr. Spano-Brennan has been practicing for 8 years. She is particularly interested in treatment and prevention of hypertension, hyperlipidemia, valvular heart disease, congestive heart failure and coronary artery disease, as well as in the detection and evaluation of cardiovascular disease in women.

Dr. Shablin is a practicing internist and has been highly involved in quality throughout the Lehigh Valley Health Network. He is a member of the Quality Executive Committee, Quality Management Council, and several local diabetes initiatives. He has an MS in biomedical science and is a former database programmer.

Dr. Combs is board certified in pediatrics and has been practicing since 1995. He is a Certified Physician Executive and he completed the Executive Development Program at the University of North Carolina - Chapel Hill.
