January 2020 Edition

Thank you to everyone who joined us in November for our National Day of Action! On this day, we encouraged T2G participants to assemble their diabetes teams for T2G Talk & Taste events where they discussed diabetes improvement over a healthy meal. This year’s events featured Q&A videos from our very own Plank Mentors.

We are pleased to share that this year more than 300 healthcare professionals from 32 groups across 17 states came together to take action to improve diabetes care! Below are just a few of the many team pictures we received from participating organizations.

Check out our 2019 National Day of Action Wrap Report for more information. And don’t forget our Plank Mentors are available as a resource year-round, so please don’t hesitate to contact them with questions!
